"Pricing Felt a Bit High"
I was looking at t-shirt.ca for a simple order, but the prices felt higher than I expected for what I was getting. After checking a few other sites, it just didn’t really feel like the best value to me.
Maybe it makes sense for certain orders or bigger projects, but if you’re just shopping around, I’d suggest comparing prices first before committing. For me, it felt like I’d be paying extra without a clear reason, so I decided not to go ahead

My order issue never got fixed, the replies from support felt slow. It was just a frustrating experience overall.

I did end up finding the shirt I wanted, so that part worked fine. But checkout was confusing, like really confusing for what should’ve been a simple purchase. The site gets the job done, but it definitely feels a bit clunky

"Should’ve Been a Basic Shirt"
I figured this would just be a simple everyday shirt, but somehow it turned into a letdown. The material felt thin right away, and after only a few washes it started pilling. For something that should be easy to get right, the quality just wasn’t there. I’m disappointed and wouldn’t buy it again

The shirt looked good when I first got it, and I wanted to like it more. But after just a few washes, the print started fading, so I’m not totally sure about the quality. It’s okay, just not as durable as I hoped

"The minimum order tripped me up"
I tried ordering just a few shirts from t-shirt.ca, but the minimum order requirement ended up being the sticking point. I totally get that they’re probably set up more for bulk orders, but I only needed a small number, not a whole stack of shirts sitting in my closet. I remember having everything picked out, even double-checking the sizes and colors, and then realizing I couldn’t really make the order work. It was frustrating because the cart was basically ready to go, but there just wasn’t enough flexibility. I ended up closing the tab. Kind of annoying, honestly.

The proof approval process was fine overall, but it took longer than I expected. What bothered me most was that the communication wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t always sure what was happening or when to expect the next step.

"Bulk order didn’t go very smoothly"
I ordered a bunch of shirts for a group, it was kind of a mess. The boxes showed up later than expected, some of the sizes seemed to be mixed up, and customer support mostly gave me vague answers whenever I checked in. Maybe it was just a bad experience, but I probably wouldn’t use them again for a group order.

"Returning it was way more hassle than it should’ve been"
I ordered a shirt from t-shirt.ca and it just didn’t fit right, so I figured returning it would be simple. Nope. The whole thing was slow and irritating from the start. Replies took forever, the refund info wasn’t clear, and I had to keep chasing them for updates. whoever runs this needs to fix the return process because it shouldn’t be this much work. I probably won’t order from them again.

I was hoping t-shirt.ca would have a bigger mix of brands to choose from, but the selection felt limited. They have the basic stuff, but not really the brands I usually look for, and some of the common sizes seemed to be missing too. The site itself was easy enough to use, but when I reached out to support, I felt like they were kind of blaming me for not finding what I wanted instead of just acknowledging the limited options. It’s probably fine if you just need simple shirts, but if you’re looking for more brand variety, it’s a bit disappointing.

"Pretty disappointing customization options"
I was just trying to make a simple custom shirt, but the options were way more limited than I expected. The color choices and placement tools were frustrating to deal with, it feels a little unfair to advertise customization when you can barely customize anything. I ended up giving up and ordering from another site.

"Color looked totally different in person"
I was disappointed when this shirt showed up because the color was way darker than it looked in the photo. I actually remember opening the package while eating a bowl of cereal, and I just stopped and stared at it because it wasn’t even close to what I thought I ordered. It’s not the shade I picked at all, so yeah, I’m kind of annoyed.

Ordered a shirt from t-shirt.ca and it just wasn’t comfortable. The fabric felt rough right away and kind of scratchy on my skin.
I wore it for a few hours and couldn’t wait to take it off. Not what I expected from a basic t-shirt, so I wouldn’t buy it again.

I kept checking for updates and there really weren’t any, so I was just kind of sitting there wondering if it had even shipped or what. The shirt eventually arrived, but the whole waiting around with no info was annoying.

"Good prices, but I’m not totally sold"
I’ll give them credit, the prices were better than a lot of other places I checked, so for simple everyday shirts it didn’t feel like a bad deal. Shipping was also normal, no issues there, though nothing really stood out either.
The shirts are decent enough for what I paid, but I was expecting the fabric to feel a little more solid, and one of the prints looked just a bit off to me. I don’t regret buying them, but I’m not exactly excited about it either. I might order again if the price is low enough.

"Customer service helped, but the policy stuff was frustrating"
I had an issue with my order and, to be fair, customer service did get back to me and helped sort it out. It just took longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying. What bothered me more was how it felt like there were little policy loopholes they could point to instead of just giving a straightforward fix right away. In the end it worked out, but the whole process felt more complicated than it needed to be. Not terrible, not great — just okay
